As the Company continued to expand and our staff numbers increased, I took the opportunity to study at night school to pursue my interest in Human Resources, gaining my CIPD qualification in Human Resource Practice.
I truly believe that HR is about the greatest asset of any Organisation – The People. I’m committed to ensure that each and every member of our staff (no matter what job title) has the opportunity to achieve their goals and fulfil their individual potential.
During my 14 years at Amspec, and of all our achievements, I am particularly proud to have been a part in the success of our recent Investors in People accreditation. I’m committed to ensure that staff are continuously engaged and motivated in their work and are recognised and rewarded when consistently displaying excellence.
HR can often be challenging and I’m always learning new things, however, my role is thoroughly enjoyable, and I wouldn’t change a thing!I’m lucky to work with a fantastic group of people who really care and want to be a part of the Companies success.
