Construction Site Foreman

- Specialist and Bespoke (our Specialist and Bespoke service involves the Design and Manufacture of fitted and loose Joinery products).
We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Foreman who is highly motivated and driven with a Construction Supervisory background.
You should have at least 3 years Supervisory experience with an SMSTS qualification and be computer literate (we use various Management Software systems for RAMS / Inductions etc).
This is a key role reporting directly to the Projects Manager; however, you should have the ability to co-ordinate and manage direct and subcontracted labour, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget and to the high standards Amspec prides itself to.
You must have an eye for detail and be up to date on all necessary H & S procedures and guidelines. A valid CSCS card is essential, along with First Aid at Work certification. Asbestos Awareness and Fire Marshall training is desirable; however, training can be provided if necessary.

This is a full-time permanent position, weekly paid, to start imminently. The normal hours of work on site are 07.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday. We offer 21 days plus Statutory Bank Holidays per annum, with a company pension scheme and staff reward and recognition programme. We also encourage and promote continuous professional development for all staff, with no barriers to further training.
Excellent competitive rates of pay offered dependent upon qualifications and experience. Overtime rates payable.
