• Specialist and Bespoke (our Specialist and Bespoke service involves the Design and Manufacture of fitted and loose Joinery products).
We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join our experienced team in the Northwest. Reporting directly to the Projects Manager, you should have the ability to co-ordinate and manage direct and subcontracted labour, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the high standards Amspec prides itself to.

Essential skills required:
• Detailed knowledge of Building Regulations
• At least 5 years’ experience of a similar role within a Main Contractor environment is essential
• Strong technical knowledge within enabling works
• Confident of building rapports with relevant colleagues/client and associated consultants
• Preparation of short-term programmes
• Chairing meetings and monitoring progress with sub-contractors
• Understanding and implementation of quality processes and procedures
• Ability to monitor and approve compliance
• SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and Fire Warden Training is essential

Typical on-site hours are Monday to Friday 07.00am – 4.30pm (45 per week) with a competitive / negotiable monthly salary dependent upon qualifications & experience.
