Corporate Restaurant

Amspec worked in close collaboration with CBRE, Edge Architects and Steadberry to transform a tired and dated corporate restaurant into a light, functional and interactive rest and dining space.

As always the budget constraints were never far away and our initial quotation covered a number of scenarios to give the client choice in the extent of the works instructed.

The delivery of the project involved close liaison with the client’s team to ensure parts of the restaurant remained open for use during the phased refurbishment. We worked around the clock to make sure that disruption was limited to a minimum.

A heavy emphasis on providing a sustainable project both in delivery and end result is evident throughout with recycling stations and energy efficient lighting just a part of this initiative. 

Late in the build a green wall was added to showcase the clients green credentials. We have come across ‘I Want Plants’ a number of times and they do a fantastic job. We look forward to seeing the wall grow and mature over the coming years.

Amspec introduced a recycling initiative to facilitate the gift of redundant restaurant furniture to the Royal British Legion. The client was delight that the replaced restaurant furniture found a new home with such a deserving cause.
