HE Simm, Spinnaker House

HE Simm are one of the leading, family-owned and operated engineering and service businesses in the UK. We were chosen by HE Simm to refurbish the communal area in their Liverpool office, Spinnaker House.

After a full strip out, we supplied and installed a bespoke sign for reception with petrified moss panels and a painted circular frame. Timber signage panels were also built into the oak walls to display directions throughout the building.

We designed and manufactured a 2.4m high, vertical slatted structure to frame the lift in the reception area. The slats were fitted with linear lights running down the atrium side to give a contemporary feel.

Ideal Work microcement was used to cover the wall of the lift shaft adjacent to the slatted structure.

Other works included; supply and installation of shell laminate doors with oak bead vision panels, decoration including painting, architraves, doorframes and radiators, new flooring, suspended ceilings and supply and installation of furniture.
