The Bonded Warehouse

Originally constructed in the 1860s, the Bonded Warehouse (former Granada Studios) has been redesigned to become an enterprise hub for small to medium businesses. It epitomises the heritage of Manchester and reflects the industrial past of the city -coming back to life as a new workspace and leisure destination for the city.

The building contains six levels of workspaces, studios, communal areas, cafes, shops and restaurants and is set to become a central part of the new and up-and-coming neighbourhood, Enterprise City. 

Following the completion of the Cat A refurbishment to all levels, Amspec were chosen by OBI property on behalf of Allied London to carry out a full interior refurbishment for levels 2, 3 and 6.
