The Fragrance Shop Flagship Store, London

The Fragrance Shop have been a valued client of ours for 15+ years and they recently commissioned us to fit out their new flagship store on Oxford Street in London.

Play Retail put together the concept for the store and then our design team developed this further with stage 5 drawings. Our 3D Solidworks Joinery Designer modelled all bespoke items with a critical eye on selection of products that were available in the allotted time period.  

Our team built all the bespoke elements in our inhouse workshop. Some of the key bespoke designs include:

Interactive ‘Lift & Place’ tables:

Large tables in-store can transform into experiences where shoppers can place any tester on the designated podium and watch as brand content plays.

Interactive ‘Lift & Learn’ Wall:

A wall dedicated to the top fragrances in the store. Consumers can pick up a product and watch the content/key information play on the screen.

TFS ‘Selfie Screen’

A selfie wall is built in to allow consumers to share their ‘happiness moments’ in store. Using the touch screen, they can take a photo with the unique TFS filter.

Ultra Luxury Zone

We built an ultra-luxury zone with 8 wall bay featuring lockable display cubes to display the premium perfume brands. The zone features drop pendant lighting and a ‘smoked oak’ effect slatted wall.

Launch Zone

We installed double-sided 75” digital screens and a cylindrical header LED. We also manufactured and installed 2x wide LED tables and 2 smaller LED tables to display branding and advertisements.

Every human counter:

TFS offer a service where they can create a completely bespoke fragrance for each individual, depending on their preferences and personality. We built a counter with integrated scanner and card reader, adjustable shelves and branded with the sign ‘One of a kind scents for every human.’
