We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Foreman to join our team, who is highly motivated and driven.

You should have a sound background in Construction Supervisory experience with an SMSTS qualification and be computer literate (we use various Management Software systems for RAMS / Inductions etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise & coordinate construction activities on site
  • Manage & coordinate construction teams, direct workforce and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Interpret technical drawings & specifications
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to Site Managers / Project Managers
  • Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Ensuring each Project is completed on time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman or similar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation & time management abilities
  • Up to date knowledge on Health & Safety regulations in the Construction Industry
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Valid CSCS card
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Construction related certification such as Fire Marshall training / Asbestos Awareness, desirable however training can be provided if necessary.
  • Full UK driving licence.

This is a full-time permanent position, weekly paid, with overtime rates available. Excellent competitive rates of pay offered dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The normal hours of work on site are 07.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

We offer 21 days plus Statutory Bank Holidays per annum, with a company pension scheme and staff reward and recognition programme.
